The P3 Touch loves to see your beautiful love story. This motivates us to build an experience that will give you and your guest the sense of peace that comes with a well-executed wedding. We want to see the beginnings of your journey start out with wonderful memories and have you enjoy each moment in your celebration.
We can help you execute your flawless wedding in three ways, as the day of coordinator, partial planner or full planner.
Day of coordinator: we step in after you have planned your wedding yourself. You need us to help oversee the day and ensure everything you expect is in order. This service is for 6 – 4 weeks to your event.
Partial Planner: when the planning has already been initiated by you, but you would like our expertise to fine tune the details, assist with additional guidance, organization, and execution of your special day.
Full planner: when we help to design the event, coordinate, and execute your experience from the time you decided to have a wedding. As full planner we assist with everything from venue, vendor selection up until post reception transportation for you and your guests, and everything in between.
Corporate events
The P3 Touch organization believes an organization should always be exquisitely represented no matter how big or small the event. We will collaborate with you to elevate your company’s brand throughout the event experience. We can help design, coordinate, and execute conferences, retreats, galas, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, any coordinating and/or planning needs. We pay attention to each detail from set-up, production, food selection, timeline implementation and ensure to work within your company’s policies.
We offer day of coordinator or full planner for corporate events.
Destination events
The P3 Touch is a well-traveled organization, and we take pride in being able to execute your event in any part of the world. Destination events give you and your guest a breath of fresh air, and with us on board, it is an even more relaxing experience. We will brainstorm options and opportunities to prevent fear and increase ease as you and your guest travel for your celebration. We collaborate with your team at the destination/resort.
Social events
Life is for living! Every event should tell a beautiful story. We are always excited to put together a wonderful experience for your guests that celebrates you and gives your guest joy as well. We design, coordinate, and execute birthday parties for adults and children, retirement parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, engagement parties, bridal showers and more!
